¼ cup Bella Blend Olive Oil
1/8 cup Pear Balsamic Vinegar
½ yellow bell pepper – cubed
1 whole Bosc pear – cored and cubed
1 Roma tomato – diced
½ cup toasted pecans
Mixed lettuce for 4 servings (butter works well or what ever
you have in your garden)

Tear lettuce and place on serving platter. Sprinkle tomato, pepper and pear over lettuce. Mix Rocca Bella Blend olive oil
and pear balsamic together and pour over lettuce mixture.
Crumble pecans in your hand and sprinkle over salad.
Toss lightly just before serving.

Tip: you can always adjust the quantities of each item to your
likeing. If you double the amounts of olive oil and vinegar add a splash of water to the mixture.
Then you will have enough dressing for another salad.
